Danika is an HR evangelist with a long history as an HR executive, with expertise in all areas of HR including organizational effectiveness and design, talent acquisition/management, total rewards and recognition, leadership development, labor negotiations, and strategic alignment. She currently leads Merit HR, an HR exclusive search, staffing, and consulting firm. Prior to Merit HR, Danika served as CEO of one of the largest HR professional societies in the country.

Charles Eaton is a long-time leader at CompTIA, the largest provider of vendor-neutral IT certifications and training in the world. With a deep passion for education and workforce development, Charles has spent 15 years at CompTIA driving initiatives that help individuals unlock their potential in IT careers. He has led philanthropy, membership, and training operations and became the first chief of staff for the organization in 2022. In early 2025, CompTIA transitioned from being a non-profit to a for-profit with the sale of its training and certification assets to the private equity firms of H.I.G. Capital and Thoma Bravo. Charles transitioned to the Chief People Officer role upon the completion of the sale, where he drives both people and projects forward by hiring, developing, and retaining top talent while fostering a workplace culture built on trust, clarity, and accountability.
