WORKSHOP: More Than a Map: Using Journeys to Align, Decide, and Drive Change
Journeys can do more than help us understand an experience. They can help organizations align around complex problems, make better decisions, and drive better outcomes. In this session, we’ll explore how a journey lens can be used at different levels, from improving a specific service or experience to shaping more systemic, organization-wide change. Through real-world examples, we’ll look at how journey management helps turn insight into action, then put the approach into practice with a hands-on simulation activity. We’ll close with discussion and Q&A, giving participants a chance to connect the ideas to their own organizations and challenges.
