Annual Pride Month LGBTQ+ Job Fair
Celebrate Pride Month by making your next career move at the Chamber’s Annual Pride Month LGBTQ+ Job Fair, partnered with Mayor Wu’s Office of LGBTQIA2S+ Advancement (MOLA). Join us for an afternoon of community, celebration, and opportunity with employers committed to building inclusive workplaces.
Before the Job Fair begins, attendees are invited to celebrate at the City of Boston’s annual Pride Flag Raising Ceremony from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Following the ceremony, the LGBTQ+ Pride Month Job Fair will take place from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM in the heart of the city.
This event is designed for anyone looking to connect with affirming employers and explore new opportunities across industries. Whether you're actively job searching or simply curious about what’s out there, you’ll have the chance to meet organizations that value diversity, equity, and inclusion. Folks of all identities, backgrounds, and experience levels are encouraged to attend.
Registered Employers Include:
BARCC, Boston Red Sox, MassMutual, Hanover Insurance, Cambridge Savings Bank, Boston Children's Hospital, Brown Brothers Harriman, Fenway Health, Riverside Community Care, and more! We'll also have the Better Business Bureau and Boston Public Library joining us as resource tables.
The job fair will take place outdoors at City Hall Plaza. Upon arrival, please follow event signage. We recommend dressing for the weather and bringing copies of your resume to share with participating organizations.
