Cyclical Business: Working With Your Energy, Not Against It
Running a one-person business can make it feel like you need to work at the same pace every day, even when your energy, focus and capacity naturally shift.
In this 45-minute workshop, Martyna Przybysz will introduce the four phases, or “inner seasons”, of the menstrual cycle and explore how they can affect your energy, mood, productivity, work visioning and ability to execute projects.
Combining accessible education about hormones with practical reflection, Martyna will share the strengths and vulnerabilities of each phase and help you consider how your natural rhythms could inform the way you plan and run your business.
You’ll leave with:
🍂 An understanding of the four phases of the menstrual cycle
💡 Insight into how each phase may affect your energy, mood and work
🗓 Practical ideas for planning tasks and projects around your natural rhythms
🩸 A cycle-tracking toolkit to help you identify your own patterns
This workshop is designed for women and people who bleed with a natural menstrual cycle, particularly freelancers, founders and one-person businesses who are struggling to manage their energy or are curious about working more cyclically.
You’re also very welcome if you don’t bleed but would like to explore tracking alongside the moon or creating your own cyclical blueprint.
Martyna will guide us through this practical introduction to menstrual cycle awareness and how it can be applied to running a small business.
