The Night Market | A Modern Tasting Experience

​Late Night Market is inspired by the energy, contrast, and bold flavors of night markets across Asia—where food is vibrant, fast-paced, and deeply rooted in tradition. In Chinese culture, late-night eating, known as yè xiāo夜宵, is its own ritual—unstructured, social, and full of flavor.

​This menu reimagines those moments through a more refined lens. Each course builds with intention—starting bright and crisp, moving into smoke and spice, then settling into something warm and deeply comforting.

Location: To keep the experience intimate, the exact address is shared with guests after registration. Dinners are hosted at a private event space in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach. Central, walkable, and easy to find.
