Founders & Fidos: Beach Walk + Connect
Fort Funston has the kind of views that make you remember why you're building in the first place. We're bringing together founders for a casual walk along the bluffs. Dogs optional, but highly encouraged.
No panels. No pitching. No hustle. Just ocean air, wagging tails, and honest conversation with people who get it.
Whether you're bringing your pup, borrowing a friend's, or simply showing up for the dog cuddles and the company, you belong here. You don't have to be a dog parent to join. If you love dogs and want to spend time outside with a good group of people, come on through.
What to expect
A 60–90 minute group walk along the Fort Funston trail. The vibe is intentionally low-key. This is a reset, not a networking sprint.
Giving back: Pets In Need
All ticket proceeds from this kickoff event go directly to Pets In Need — Northern California's first no-kill animal shelter, rescuing homeless pets and giving them a second chance at life. They serve the Bay Area community from locations in Redwood City and Palo Alto, and this cause is personal: our co-host Minta (Chief Barketing Officer, Founders & Fidos) was adopted through Pets In Need.

🐾 Pay what you can — Free. No one turned away.
🐾 Suggested contribution — $20. Goes entirely to Pets In Need.
🐾 Founding Pup — $50. Includes a shoutout at the event and feature on social outlets.
100% of all contributions go directly to Pets In Need. This is not a revenue event, it's a community one.
