IMMERSIVE SATURDAY: ASANA GROOVE YOGA × MICA WAGNER LIVE DJ SET

​Todo lo que experimentamos queda almacenado y se refleja en el cuerpo. Asana Groove es una invitación a liberarlo y descubrir el poder de habitarlo plenamente.

​Creada por Fernanda de la Puente, esta clase fusiona Jivamukti Yoga con shaking y meditación en movimiento inspirada en los Cinco Ritmos. Divertida, revitalizante y profundamente nutritiva, integra yoga, breathwork, kriyas, música, meditación y ajustes manuales para purificar, despertar y reconectar cuerpo, mente y espíritu.

​La clase fluye a través de una conexión continua entre respiración y movimiento, guiándote por posturas que enraízan, abren, expanden y despiertan. Mediante la escucha profunda, la alineación consciente, la filosofía y una secuencia cuidadosamente diseñada, la práctica se convierte en una experiencia corporal y transformadora.

​En esta ocasión, la experiencia se elevará con un live DJ set de Mica Wagner, creando una fusión única de movimiento, respiración, ritmo y sonido.

​Te recomendamos llegar al menos 10 minutos antes del comienzo de la sesión y traer ropa cómoda que te permita moverte con libertad. Nosotros proporcionaremos las esterillas y todo el material necesario.

​Created by Fernanda de la Puente, the Asana Groove class blends Jivamukti Yoga with shaking and Five Rhythms movement meditation. Fun, invigorating, and deeply nourishing, it integrates yoga, breathwork, kriyas, music, meditation, and hands-on assists to purify, awaken, and reconnect body, mind, and spirit.

​The class flows through a continuous connection of breath and movement, guiding you through postures that ground, open, expand, and awaken. Through deep listening, mindful alignment, philosophy, and carefully curated sequencing, the practice becomes an embodied and transformative experience.

​This time, the experience will be elevated by a live DJ set with Mica Wagner, creating a unique fusion of movement, breath, rhythm, and sound.

​Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the session and wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Yoga mats and all necessary equipment will be provided.
