Yet many projects struggle to translate ideas into lasting impact.
This workshop creates a space to think more critically about what works, what doesn’t, and why.
Through a real-world case, we will explore how context, systems, and constraints shape what is possible—and what isn’t.
Together, we will reflect, question assumptions, and design approaches that are more grounded in reality.
No prior expertise needed, just curiosity and willingness to engage.
