Leading While Running on Empty
When work feels heavier than it should, even small problems can feel overwhelming. You may be more irritable than usual, unable to rest properly, or tempted to make a big decision simply to escape the pressure.
Before you resign, shut down the business or make another major change, it may help to pause and spend time with people who understand what it is like to lead while running on empty.
Lunch Fellowship is a small gathering for business owners and working professionals who are building or leading something meaningful.
We’ll begin with an hour over lunch, getting to know one another and talking honestly about the weight we have been carrying. After lunch, we’ll move to a nearby venue for a one-hour facilitated group coaching conversation.
Together, we’ll take stock of what may be draining us, what exhaustion may be doing to our judgment, and what we need before deciding what comes next.
The problems may not disappear, but the hope is that each person leaves with greater clarity, perspective and courage for one next step.
This is a confidential space, not a networking event or sales pitch. You won’t be asked to disclose more than you wish to. Come ready to share honestly, listen well and learn alongside others.
