WAC Food Drive & Happy Hour – December 5th, 6-8pm @ Bale Breaker & Yonder Cider Taproom 🍻
Please join us for a Happy Hour, food drive combo. This event is RSVP only, so please register to grab your spot (but if you happened to show up with donations in hand and no RSVP, we certainly won’t kick you out 😉). Donations will be going to the Ballard Food Bank.

Non-perishable, unopened cans and packages of food
Fresh produce from your p-patch or garden, including vegetable starts (see note)
Open or unopened packages of cat and dog food
Open or unopened hygiene items like shampoo and lotion
Reusable brown paper bags with handles, heavy plastic bags

Items that are expired
Open containers of food
Homemade items (such as jams and jellies, baked goods)
Anything that requires distribution under the care of a physician
Empty, small medicine or vitamin bottles
Light plastic grocery bags
Cold or ice packs

Women and Climate is a non-profit creating a joyful and safe space for more women to learn and talk about climate. Our global members commune virtually through our Slack group and in-person with the help of almost 30 City Leads across the world. We have produced events and programs featuring women speakers at COP27, NYC Climate Week, and more. All women and non-binary individuals are welcome to join our community, no climate experience necessary.
