In partnership with HELLVEN Studio, join us for a lagree session to move our bodies, followed by a relaxed catch up over coffee to reconnect as a community after the summer break. Because starting the year right isn't about doing more, it's about doing it together.

​1:00 PM – 2:00 PM | Lagree Session

​A 1-hour guided Lagree class, in partnership with HELLVEN Studio. High energy, low impact, all levels welcome.

​2:00 PM – 3:00 PM | Catch Up Coffee

​Right at the studio's own coffee corner. Time to slow down, share how your summer went, and reconnect with familiar and new faces in the community.

​HELLVEN is a Lagree studio in the heart of Paris's 17th arrondissement.

​An intimate space with 10 machines, raw and elegant in style, designed as a true experience: 50 minutes of intense, precise, and complete training, in a premium, energizing, and welcoming atmosphere. All levels are welcome !
