Reformer & Recovery is your November reset at Nelo Wellness in Bermondsey, created with Druid Saunas for a feel-good mix of movement, heat, cold, and that lovely post-class glow.

✨Begin with a 1 hour reformer session, then wind down with an hour of sauna, cold plunge, and time to chat, warm up, and recharge. ✨

Expect a fun, energising atmosphere that leaves you feeling stronger, clearer, and properly refreshed. 🤍

Bring your swimsuit, a towel, and grip socks, come solo or bring a friend, and settle into an easy Sunday plan that feels equal parts workout and treat.
