

Online Group 'PRESENCE + Q&A' Sessions
A drop-in session with Soumini Vasan where the teaching of presence and present-moment living is experienced for 20 minutes (live-guided) followed by Q&A for 60 minutes.
In these online group sessions, you will be invited to get comfortable with PRESENCE.
There are no protocols or steps to follow to be PRESENT in the moment. However, the mind may interrupt or interfere with the present moment. So we will explore ways to deal with the mind, the thoughts, the emotions and the sensations that may arise from embodying PRESENCE.
In the 90 minute session, we will spend 20 minutes practicing PRESENCE and then participants are invited to share their challenges in the open and safe space so they can learn to stay present despite challenges.
The topics covered could be anywhere from nervous system regulation, thought management related to anxiety or stress-related thoughts, ego vs. intuition practices, doing vs. being, challenges with spiritual surrender, accessing inner truth, reconnecting with the true self, amongst other things.
For those who may not be in a position to afford private sessions with Soumini, these group sessions offer meaningful value. As humans are inherently relational beings, we naturally learn, grow, and heal in shared spaces through observation, reflection, and collective experience.
