Speaking the Leadership Language
LIVE Event + Recording & PDF
Why do I do these?
I do everything I do because I want to help great people (and smart people tired of basic leadership ideas) get ahead and learn the rarest and most potent skills to do so.
Your life is on a branch of the multiverse. I want your life (and career) to be on the highest branch possible, filled with more opportunities, success, and quality of life.
The Skill of Speaking the Leadership Language
"They just don't get it."
That sentence gets said right after someone leaves the room far more often than anyone realizes...and it caps careers, kills ideas, and wastes everyone's hour.
Here's the thing: it's almost never a talent problem. It's a language problem. Leaders think in a different set of categories than everyone else in the building, and their role forces them to. When you learn those categories (and how to translate anything you do into them) the reaction flips from "they don't get it" to "get them in more rooms."
Monday's post gave you the map: the three dialects of leadership. Friday is where we do the translation work: live, with real examples, including yours.
What you'll learn
The three dialects leaders actually think in and the mechanics of why their role forces each one
Live translation: how to convert any update, metric, or ask into leadership language before you hit send
The two stories every leader needs, and how to have them built before the question is ever asked
How to talk about problems so the team reads as strategic instead of siloed
Live workshopping: bring a real email, slide, or update, and we'll translate it together
