Brought to you by identity.vc, LUMO Labs, and Nyenrode Business University, this exclusive event is designed to unite LGBTQ+ professionals from leading corporations with LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs driving innovation. It’s a unique opportunity to explore synergies, spark pilot projects, and foster a more inclusive innovation ecosystem.
We believe that being LGBTQ+ is a unique strength that can drive better business outcomes. Our lived experiences and diverse networks bring fresh perspectives, foster creativity, and build stronger, more inclusive teams. This event showcases how diversity in leadership and entrepreneurship can fuel innovation and success.
We are also excited to announce the launch of the identity.vc Mentor Network. This initiative will connect experienced business leaders with LGBTQ+ founders to help them develop their leadership skills and expand their networks. As an LGBTQ+ leader, your leadership journey often progresses differently from that of heteronormative peers, making mentorship and guidance even more valuable. This program aims to provide the support needed to thrive and lead with confidence.
