About Event

Before you rush into 2026, let's actually close out the year you just lived.

Most people will blink, and 2025 will be over. They'll jump straight into New Year's goals without ever stopping to ask: wait, what just happened? What did I learn? What do I want to remember?

Don't be most people.

In this workshop, we'll create space to actually process your year. Together, we'll map out what happened, celebrate what worked, acknowledge what was hard, and get clear on what you're carrying forward.

What we'll do together:
✅ Rediscover the highlights of 2025 (you've probably forgotten more than you think)
✅ Explore your challenges and recognise how much you've actually grown
✅ Identify the habits you built and lessons you learned along the way
✅ Practice gratitude in a way that genuinely sticks
✅ Get clear on what you're taking into 2026 and what you're ready to let go of

This is 60 minutes just for you, to slow down, reflect, and close out the year feeling grounded instead of scattered.

What you'll walk away with:

  • A complete picture of your 2025: the wins, the tough bits, all of it

  • Clarity on how far you've come and what you've accomplished

  • A genuine sense of closure and readiness for what's next

How to prepare:

  • Bring a pen and notebook if you like writing things down

  • Your lunch or favourite drink

  • 60 minutes of uninterrupted time in a quiet space

Pairs beautifully with the January 7th workshop where we'll plan your 2026 together.
