Schedule

6:30 – 7:30 PM — Panel conversation
Moderated by Elisa Shankle, Founder of Wellgncy and panelists Mee McCormick, Ollie Gabriel, and Tiffany Hardin who are leaders in wellness, culture, and community.
Join us on April 9th for an evening of honest conversation and community connection. Together with Wellgncy, we’ll explore what it means to honor our capacity, set boundaries, and navigate the balance between work, life, and wellbeing.
This interactive panel invites attendees into the conversation, creating space for reflection, shared experiences, and meaningful dialogue around resilience, burnout, and personal growth.
The topic will dive into the nuances of honoring our own capacity, and giving ourselves grace when it inevitably shifts. Societally and culturally our relationship to capacity varies, and oftentimes we don't know how to communicate our needs to others, let alone affirm that our capacity is enough.
How do we implement boundaries when necessary, advocate for ourselves, and try to pour from a cup that is overflowing? We encourage authenticity, curiosity, and transparency to break down stigma and normalize vulnerability. Come connect, listen, and be part of the conversation.

Mee McCormick: is a Nashville chef, restaurateur, author, TV personality, food community activist, biodynamic farmer, regenerative rancher, and Southern food innovator. A master recipe adapter and inclusive chef, she reimagines classic Southern cooking into nourishing, accessible dishes for a wide range of dietary needs without sacrificing flavor. That experience launched her pioneering work in microbiome-focused cooking long before the microbiome became part of mainstream conversation.
Ollie Gabriel: is an Emmy-nominated producer, multi-genre recording artist, and entrepreneur building at the intersection of culture, creativity, and commerce. Tiffany Hardin: is a leading expert in the creator economy, bridging the gap between enterprise brands and the influential voices shaping consumer culture. As the CEO & Founder of Gild Creative Group (GCG), she’s architected creator-led campaigns for powerhouse brands including Hulu, Rocket Mortgage, Victoria's Secret, Target, Microsoft, Airbnb, and WeWork—paying out millions to creators while driving trust, cultural relevance, and sales for her clients.
