Cocoa & Connection: A Relational Fitness Workshop (Holiday Edition)
‘Tis the season! And with it comes both cheer and complexity.
For many of us, the holidays can bring up a mix of emotional and relational challenges. We return home hoping to feel seen and connected, but sometimes end up feeling misunderstood, frustrated, or like younger versions of ourselves.
Join us for a cozy, come-as-you-are evening of real talk and relational practice (with a side of hot cocoa). Together, we’ll explore what makes communication so tricky (especially with loved ones), learn a few simple tools for more skillful, grounded, and present conversations, then get to practice these in real time through some guided exercises.
You’ll leave with practical ways to:
Stay present and tuned into yourself in heightened environments.
Listen and speak from curiosity rather than reactivity.
Have more easeful, playful conversations with your loved ones.
Our hope is that you’ll feel more confident to head into the holidays in a way that feels genuine, grounded, and connected.
