Come straight from work. This is the one thing on the calendar every single week, so staying close to the community takes no planning at all.
🔥 HOW IT WORKS
Arrive any time between 6 and 8. Rotate sauna and plunge at your own pace. Talk between rounds. Towels, cold water, and fruit are handled.

Every Tuesday · 6:00 to 8:00 PM El Poblado, Medellín (exact address shared after you RSVP) Bring swimwear and a change of clothes. Included with membership
