You've been sitting on this idea long enough.

Maybe it's been months. Maybe years. You've watched AI reshape every industry you know, and somewhere in the back of your mind, you keep thinking: this might actually be the moment.

But you don't know if the idea is real. You don't know if anyone would pay for it. And you're not ready to quit your job, find a co-founder, or build anything — until you know.

That's exactly what this is for.

The Seattle Startup Ideation Bootcamp is a structured, 2-week process for testing whether your idea is worth building — before you bet your career on it. Four live sessions, real mentor and investor feedback, and AI-powered validation tools that help you move from fuzzy concept to honest signal in 10 days.

What happens:

  • Session 1 (June 23): Kickoff and market research. You'll define the problem you're solving — with data, not gut instinct.

  • Session 2 (June 25): Customer validation sprint. How to get real signal from real people in days, not months.

  • Session 3 (June 30): Mentor panel feedback. Your idea goes in front of operators and investors who will tell you what's actually wrong with it.

  • Session 4 (July 2): Refined pitch and decision. Keep going, pivot, or kill it — with evidence to back the call.

What you'll leave with:

  • A validated (or invalidated) problem statement grounded in market research

  • Frameworks for customer discovery you can use for the life of your company

  • Direct, unfiltered feedback from 20+ mentors and investors in the global FI network

  • A clear answer: is this worth building?

Who this is for:
Tech professionals who've been quietly wondering if it's time. Career pivoters sitting on domain expertise they've never monetized. Anyone with a half-formed idea they haven't been able to act on. You don't need a pitch deck. You don't need a co-founder. You don't need to know how to code. You need an idea — even a rough one — and the willingness to stress-test it.

What this is not:
A lecture series. A feel-good workshop where everyone's idea gets a gold star. If you want someone to tell you your idea is great and send you home inspired, this will disappoint you. If you want real signal, it's built for that.

Format: 4 live sessions on Zoom — June 23, 25, 30, and July 2. 9:00–10:30 AM PT. Sessions are recorded. No equity. No co-founder required.

Cost: $499. Enrolled FI Seattle cohort founders attend free.
