​Curious about how Wikipedia works, or have something you have been meaning to improve?

​Join Wikimedians of Singapore for an informal afternoon of Wikipedia editing, questions and conversation at HackerspaceSG.

​We will begin with a short introduction to Wikipedia and demonstrate how to make a simple, properly sourced edit. The rest of the session will be free and easy: you can improve an article, work on an existing draft, upload photographs, explore Wikidata or ask for help with a Wikimedia-related problem.

​Complete beginners are welcome. Experienced contributors are also invited to bring their own projects and help others.

​Bring:

• ​A laptop and charger

• ​A Wikipedia account, where possible

• ​An article, topic, photograph or question you would like to work on

​You may arrive late or leave early. No prior Wikipedia experience is required.
