​Our cattle spend their lives on open pasture in Wallowa County, Oregon, and you can taste it in every bite. For one day, we're opening the warehouse doors to the big, beautiful cuts that make fall and winter cooking so good: brisket for the smoker, short ribs for the braise, flank, hanger and coulotte for the grill, plus snack sticks, whole chickens and more. These cuts are large and may require additional portion sizing or trimming when you get home, which is why we can offer such great pricing. Come with a cooler or large bag to pack full of meat!
