💎Guided Yoga Session ft. member Itzy Ramirez 🕉: Start your afternoon with a calming yoga session led by an experienced instructor, designed to de-stress and rejuvenate.
💎Mental Health Group Discussion ft. Coach Caryl : Engage in a mental health discussion that offers practical techniques for managing stress and enhancing mental well-being.
💎Healthy Refreshments: Enjoy nutritious snacks and infused water that fuel your body and mind for the picnic. (Volunteer covered: Dorahely, Quiana & Caryl) We encourage you BYO snacks too! 🙏🏽
