​Join me on Saturday, November 14th, for Praise & Power Pilates, a special morning of movement, connection, nourishment, and encouragement.

​I'm bringing women together for a morning that nourishes us physically, spiritually, and relationally. We'll kick things off with a mat-based Power Pilates class, followed by a break for nourishment, where we'll enjoy matcha and light refreshments before settling into meaningful conversation around faith, wellness, and movement.

​It's an opportunity to move our bodies, pour into ourselves, encourage one another, and connect with women who are on their own journeys, too.

​And because a good morning deserves a little something extra, we'll also have fun giveaways and time to simply enjoy being together!

​I'm especially excited to bring this experience to life alongside Freely and Academy Sports + Outdoors, who are ready to BLESS the women in attendance!

​If you register by October 26, your Black Forged Iron Fits will be mailed directly to you so you can arrive ready to move! Registering after that? No worries! You can pick up your outfit when you arrive and change on-site, or simply wear whatever you feel comfortable moving in. Either way, come ready for an experience like no other!
