Local Hub Krakow: Different cultures in learning

​Get ready for the fourth Local Hub Krakow meetup, and this time we're diving into something that touches every single one of us in L&D: culture. How does where someone comes from shape the way they learn, give feedback, or even raise their hand to ask a question? Some people will tell you exactly what they think the moment you ask, others need a bit more coaxing, and neither approach is wrong, just different.

​We'll be unpacking how cultural backgrounds influence attitudes toward learning, feedback styles, and participation, and more importantly, how we can turn that diversity into a genuine superpower rather than letting it become a source of friction or misunderstanding. Expect honest conversation, plenty of real examples from people who've navigated multicultural teams and training rooms, and a room full of perspectives that will challenge how you think about designing learning experiences.
