JWIBA Meet up | International Women’s Day Celebration Workshop "Confident in Your Future"

3月のJWIBA Meet upは、国際女性デー（International Women’s Day）を記念し、Pasona N A, Inc.様との共催で参加型ワークショップを開催します！

​本ワークショップは、キャリアやリーダーシップの転機、あるいはライフステージや生活環境の変化など、さまざまな移行期を経験している方々を対象に、変化の多い時期にこそ大切にしたい Confidence（「自分はできる」と思える感覚）、Self-trust（自分の感覚や判断を信じる力）、そして Emotional resilience（心を立て直す力） を、無理なく育むことを目指します。ファシリテーターには、Kristy Ishiiさんをお招きします。
なお、ワークショップは全編英語で実施されますが、日本語資料も配布予定です。

​当日は、ファシリテーターの問いかけに沿った振り返りと少人数での対話を通して、先が見えにくいときや不安な時でも、自信をもって前に進める方法を体感頂きます。

​いまの自分のままで、自分の軸を確かめ、次の一歩を前向きに描いていく時間を、一緒に過ごしませんか？

Kristy Ishii（Pasona N A, Inc.／Candidate Acquisition and Marketing）
　Kristyさんは、Pasona N A, Inc.にてCandidate Acquisition and Marketingを担当し、米国における日英バイリンガル・多文化人材のコミュニティ向け施策や候補者エンゲージメントを支援しています。教育・非営利・採用・コミュニティリーダーシップなど多様な分野で15年以上の経験を持ち、日米のプロフェッショナルコミュニティに深く関わってきました。現在は、スポンサーとして連携する非営利団体やコミュニティ団体と協働し、キャリア開発やアウトリーチ、成長機会づくりに取り組んでいます。
　また、企業での役割に加えて、キャリアコーチ／ワークショップ・ファシリテーターとしての専門的なトレーニングと実務経験を有しており、転機の時期に必要となるConfidenceやSelf-trustを育む場づくりを得意としています。なお本イベントはPasona N A, Inc.での職務の一環として実施され、個人のコーチングサービスの案内・勧誘を目的とするものではありません。
　Kristyさんは日本で4年間生活・勤務した経験があり、JETプログラムの卒業生でもあり、日本語能力試験N2を保持しています。

Celebrate International Women’s Day with JWIBA and Pasona N A, Inc.!
This event focuses on building confidence, self-trust, and emotional resilience during times of transition—without pressure to have a perfect plan.

​This interactive workshop is designed for individuals navigating change in their careers, leadership paths, or personal lives. Through guided reflection, light body-based grounding exercises, and small-group discussion, participants will explore how to reconnect with confidence and clarity, even when the future feels uncertain.

​This session is not about career strategy, resumes, or job tactics.

​We’ll focus on building confidence from the inside out — through awareness of the body, emotions, and mindset — so you can move through any transition with more clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.

Kristy Ishii（Candidate Acquisition and Marketing, Pasona N A, Inc.）
Kristy Ishii is a Candidate Acquisition and Marketing professional at Pasona North America, where she supports B2C candidate engagement and community-facing initiatives for bilingual and cross-cultural talent in the United States.

She has over 15 years of experience across education, nonprofit, recruitment, and community-based leadership, with a strong focus on Japanese–U.S. professional communities. In her role at Pasona North America, Kristy works closely with sponsored nonprofit partners and community organizations to support career development, outreach, and professional growth initiatives.

In addition to her corporate role, Kristy has a professional background as a trained career coach and workshop facilitator. This background informs her facilitation style, emphasizing confidence-building, emotional resilience, and self-trust during periods of transition. This event is presented as part of her role at Pasona North America and does not include the promotion of private coaching services.

Kristy lived and worked in Japan for four years, is a JET Program alumna, and holds JLPT N2 certification.
