💡 What Is This Event About
Living with recurrent UTIs, bladder pain, or chronic pelvic symptoms can affect far more than your physical health. It can shape how you see yourself, how you navigate healthcare, your relationships, your confidence, and your everyday life.
Beyond the Pain is a psychology-first conversation about what happens when pain and uncertainty become part of your life—and how women can begin to reclaim a sense of agency, connection, and self beyond their condition.
We'll explore the psychological side of chronic pain, the experience of being heard in healthcare, how pain can affect intimacy and relationships, and what it can mean to build a life that isn't defined by your symptoms.
Here's the agenda and the conversations we are having:
Total Duration: 60 minutes
Panelists: 2 | Moderator: 1
Format: Guided conversation + light live Q&A
Welcome & Tone Setting
Panelist Introductions
Act 1: Understanding the Healthcare Experience
Act 2: Reclaiming Yourself
Live Q&A
Closing & Gratitude
Optional Breakout Session
💡 What’s the Uncomfortable Truth
This conversation is about understanding what happens beyond the physical pain.
You'll hear from experts as they explore:
Why women can feel dismissed even when clinicians have good intentions
How to advocate for yourself without feeling like you have to prove your pain
What pain psychology and pain-management approaches actually mean
How to develop a sense of agency when you can't always control your symptoms
How chronic pain can affect relationships, intimacy, confidence, and identity
What it can look like to reconnect with yourself beyond your condition
This is not a clinical consultation, therapy session, or treatment guide.
It's a space for honest conversation, thoughtful perspectives, and the reminder that you are more than your pain or your diagnosis.
🎯 Why You Should Attend
This conversation is about listening first.
You’ll hear from clinicians, advocates, and women with lived experience as they explore:
Where care falls short, despite best intentions
What women wish they could say in the exam room
How trust is built, lost, and rebuilt in health conversations
What better support could actually look like
This is not about quick fixes or perfect answers. It’s about understanding, clarity, and shaping what comes next, together.
🙋 Who This Is For
This conversation is for women who:
Experience recurrent UTIs or ongoing bladder or pelvic pain
Live with symptoms that affect their daily life, even when answers aren't always clear
Feel unheard, rushed, or dismissed in healthcare settings
Feel that chronic symptoms have affected their confidence, relationships, or sense of self
Want to better understand the psychological side of living with chronic pain
Are looking for an honest, compassionate conversation without judgment or pressure
You’re welcome whether you speak, ask questions, use the chat, or simply listen.
🎤 Who’s on the Panel
Our panel brings together clinical, advocacy, and lived experience perspectives.
Panelists are joining as conversation partners, not presenters, there will be no slides, no pitches, and no product demos.
A moderator will guide the discussion to ensure a thoughtful, respectful, and unrushed exchange.

Dr. Jasmine Bonder, DNP, ACNP-BC, is the Founder and CEO of Clinova, a nationwide telehealth platform dedicated to ending the cycle of recurrent and complex UTIs. With over 12 years of experience as a critical care nurse practitioner, she has seen firsthand how often patients, including family members of her own, are given the same revolving door of antibiotics for recurrence without ever getting to the root cause. She founded Clinova to give patients precision diagnostics, at-home procedures, and personalized, root-cause care that traditional UTI treatment has long overlooked.
