6:30 AM - Meet up, pre-run sun protection with Neutrogena
6:45AM - 5k run begins
7:30 AM - Back to Nubo
We’ll start with a swift sunscreen application and a quick warm-up outside the café!
Special prizes for challenge winners to keep the sun damage at bay😉
