​Join us for a chill evening of friend speed dating! Connect with likeminded folks AND support Miero Coffee Bar, a local BIPOC-owned spot in the CID at the same time. Seems like pretty solid night out if we say so ourselves.

​​❓ How does it work? ❓

​Mix Mix speed dating events run without an in-person host announcing table switches on a mic and definitely no nametags. Instead, your evening is guided virtually (via text!) and we set you up on meet-cute style friend dates/hangs (i.e., "Your next date is named Patrick, look for someone with purple eyeshadow, a pink top, and green and purple shorts").

​At the end of the event, you fill out a quick form to tell us who you'd want to hang out with again. If they also pick you, we give them your first name and phone number and then y'all take it from there!

​​❓Who is this event for? ❓

​All of our events are made for BIPOC-identifying folks in the Greater Seattle area! This evening in particular is for women (ages 25-30) that are somewhat new to the area—two-ish years or less! One night out, a bunch of potential new friends to explore Seattle with?? How fuuun ✨

​​🎟️ How much does it cost to Mix Mix? 🎟️

​This will run you an $20 ticket plus at least one drink at the cafe. We don't include drinks with our ticket price because A) We don't want to restrict your bevvy choices, and B) $$$ accessibility. And because drinks range in price, we're leaving how much your night costs up to you. Maybe you want one! Maybe you want three! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

​​🌙 The night in a nutshell 🌙

• ​You arrive, check in, and buy a drink to support our gracious hosts for the night.

• ​You have several 10-min friend dates with 3 minute breaks in between, plus one 10-min intermission for a drink re-up or bathroom break.

• ​At the end of two hours, we send you a form to review your friend dates and tell us who has bestie potential!

• ​We send your matches within 24 hours.

​​What we expect from you:

• ​Be present and open to making different kinds of friends!

• ​You buy a drink to support Miero—our gracious hosts for the evening—and thereby support a local BIPOC-owned business.

​​What you can expect from us:

• ​Privacy! Only your first name and phone number are shared with matches. Consent is everything—we're not sharing your info with anyone unless the vibes are mutual.

• ​A chill time and some suggested convo topics for each date.

• ​Cancellation policy: In order to respect respect everyone's time, money, and experience, there are no refunds and cancellations permitted. Additionally, if you are more than 5 minutes late, you will be counted as a no show. All no-shows incur a $50 fee. See our full terms and conditions.
