

Forest Bathing & Journaling with Hike Clerb x FP Movement
Join Hike Clerb and FP Movement for a guided forest bathing experience through the redwood groves of Reinhardt Redwood Regional Park.
Together, we'll slow down beneath towering redwoods, engage our senses through intentional moments of observation and reflection, and reconnect with the land, ourselves, and one another.
This experience centers BIPOC health and well-being.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:
Please arrive early.
You must fill out the form to confirm your reservation.
Conditions may be hot with little shade, so don’t forget your sunscreen and hat.
Make sure to hydrate the day before the event and eat breakfast in the morning.
Bring a few snacks, a reusable water bottle, and extra water to refuel during the event.
Wear socks and comfortable, closed-toe hiking shoes (making sure they're already broken in is critical!). Sneakers will not have as much grip on the trail.

Hike Clerb is an LA-based intersectional women’s hike club and 501(c)(3) founded by Evelynn Escobar. Through guided experiences in nature Hike Clerb creates space for Black Indigenous and women of color to gather heal and reconnect outdoors.
ABOUT GUIDE JACQ BANAL
Jacq Banal is a social media manager and content creator who was born and raised in SoCal. She’s been living in the Bay for the past year and has enjoyed the food, music + beautiful parks it offers. Jacq has been a part of Hike Clerb since 2023 where she’s found healing, community and joy through nature.
