About Healing Place Emek Hefer
Healing Place Emek Hefer, founded in the immediate aftermath of October 7, is the first healing center in Israel to open its doors during the war and has already supported more than 2,500 individuals and families. What began as an urgent response has evolved into a vital long-term support hub for communities coping with profound loss and trauma. The center is now expanding its long-term recovery programs and seeking to reach additional underserved populations, while also strengthening its resource base for 2026 and beyond.
