Career Circle is a small, monthly gathering for mums thinking about their careers, work, family life and what might come next.

​Each Circle starts with a question or theme, shared in advance, and we explore it together.

​For our first Circle, we'll be asking:

​What would move the needle for you at work right now?

​Maybe you want more challenge.
Maybe you’re wondering whether it’s time for a change.
Maybe you’ve got the promotion but aren’t sure where to go from here.
Maybe work is fine, but something feels like it’s missing.
Or maybe you can’t quite articulate the question yet.

Maybe you're returning from maternity leave and wondering what you want your next chapter to look like.
Maybe you're on a career break and starting to think about what's next.

​You don't need to arrive with a perfectly formed career problem.

​I'll facilitate the conversation using coaching questions and prompts, while making space for the group to share their own perspectives and experiences.

​The aim isn't to give you the answer.

​It's to give you an hour to pause, think differently, hear other perspectives and perhaps leave with a clearer question, a new perspective or one small thing you want to explore.

​No preparation needed. And you only share what you're comfortable sharing.
