It can seem complicated and daunting to attempt to provide a quality, accessible user experience with LocalGov Drupal. Using simple terms and language Invuse's User Experience team will take you through recurring themes and findings from research and data collated over 8 LGD User Research, Content Strategy and Migration projects.

Shazia and Gemma will discuss their journey from working within a council's web team to providing consultancy services for other local authorities, drawing on their rich background in the public sector.
