The Fifth Session returns for Vol. 3.
On Thursday 2 July, we’re bringing together an intentional room of founders, operators, and creatives for an evening built around physical, professional and social performance.
This is not a typical workout, panel or networking event.
It’s a full performance experience.
We’ll start by training together at Marchon, one of London’s leading performance gyms, with a conditioning session led by their team.
We’ll move. We’ll sweat. We’ll reset.
Then there’ll be time to change, refuel and connect before we move into a live high-performance podcast experience hosted by The Fifth.
We’ll be joined by three incredible guests, to be announced soon, each high-performing in their own right and coming from different worlds across entrepreneurship, sport, culture and performance.
Together, we’ll explore three themes:
What high performance really means.
How to chase ambition without burning out.
The role fitness plays in how we lead, build and live.
The conversation will open into an interactive Q&A before we close with informal connection.
Expect a room of ambitious, no-ego people who take their work seriously, take their training seriously and understand that performance in life and work are deeply connected.
