Numerology is the science of numbers, a practice with roots in ancient Egypt and Babylon, Greece, China, and India. It's a framework for understanding who you are, how you're wired, and what your most natural path forward looks like. This session brings 35 years of field experience to that work.

Meet your facilitator
Tarita Thomas is a fourth-generation Creole Comanche Medicine Woman and third-generation entrepreneur who has spent over two decades at the intersection of who we are and what we do. By day she was a high-level HR consultant helping organizations hire well and build aligned teams. By night she was doing numerology readings for everyone in the neighborhood. It took her a while to stop pretending those two things were unrelated, and out of that realization, Rise To New Heights was born.
Through her Life Enhancement Consulting firm, she works with individuals, families, organizations, and boards, blending ancestral wisdom, numerological insight, and hard-won business expertise into something that is genuinely hard to categorize and remarkably effective. Her numerology practice grew directly out of her HR work. She started by combining number analysis with job descriptions to help organizations find alignment between people and roles, and watched that same framework ripple outward into every corner of her clients' lives.
Tarita has a particular gift for turning complex business and personal changes into joyful, successful life transitions. As a seasoned facilitator, her approach puts people at ease from the moment they walk in, creating the kind of room where real work actually happens.
She is an award-winning Toastmaster, a sought-after speaker, and a workshop facilitator who reads the room and adjusts accordingly. She has a large bag of tricks, and she knows which ones to pull out when.
