You have the idea. Now what?
After the Idea is a free ten-session workshop series at Upstart Collective, designed for founders at any stage of the idea, from napkin to early traction.
Each session covers one real problem founders face, in the order they face it: from communicating what you're building, to building the operations that run without you, to measuring what's actually working. Marketing systems is the framework. Business architecture is the point.
Session 5: Traction Doesn't Just Die. It Leaks.
You did the work. You validated the problem. Your solution is landing. People are finding you. And somewhere between that early momentum and right now, things got quieter than you expected.
That is not failure. That is a leak.
Traction does not disappear overnight. It shifts. And every shift is information. This session teaches you how to audit where your momentum is going, what your numbers and your conversations are actually telling you, and how to use that information to move forward with clarity instead of guessing.
This is the first session of the Operational System. We are done building the foundation. Now we build the engine.
