Half a billion young and aspirational Indians do not currently have the means to digitally highlight their achievements; and hence, are not on the radar of opportunities. Without a verified digital resume, there’s an increase in processing costs and reduces trust in the candidate. There is, thus, the need to accelerate the enablement of 500 million young Indians with digital resumes with digital credentials to enhance trust across the board.
