BuildHers+ Mentorship Initiative Kick-Off

​The BuildHers+ Mentorship Initiative Kick-Off marks the official launch of the first-ever mentorship program of AWS User Group BuildHers+ Philippines — a milestone initiative dedicated to empowering women and LGBTQIA+ individuals in tech.

​This event brings together mentors and mentees for the first time to connect, align on goals, and set the tone for a meaningful mentorship journey. Through this initiative, BuildHers+ aims to create a supportive and inclusive environment where aspiring professionals can gain guidance, build confidence, and grow their careers with the help of experienced mentors in the AWS and broader tech community.

​The kick-off will feature an orientation on the mentorship program, expectations for mentors and mentees, networking activities, and inspiring stories from community leaders who exemplify the power of mentorship and representation in technology.
