Fort Worth Fall Ad Crawl

​Get a glimpse of Fort Worth’s advertising, marketing, and public relations industry at the Fall Ad Crawl! Hosted by UTA’s AAF chapter in collaboration with AAF Fort Worth, this student-focused event brings together students from across DFW to meet industry professionals, explore local workplaces, and learn about career paths in creative communications.

​We’ll kick off the afternoon with a Lunch + Learn at Chimy’s before splitting into three groups to visit an advertising agency, an in-house marketing team, and a public relations firm.

​Event Details

• ​Who can attend: DFW-area university students and professors interested in advertising, marketing, PR, design, and related fields.

• ​Stops: Chimy's, J.O. Agency, Pavlik & Associates, and a third stop to be announced

• ​Tickets: $15 per person. All attendees, including students and professors, must register and pay.

• ​Transportation: Attendees will need to carpool to each stop, transportation is not provided.

​How to Pay

​After you register, you'll receive an email with instructions for sending your $15 payment to our treasurer, Samira Paredes, through Zelle or Cash App. You may also pay with cash at check-in on the day of the event.

​Tentative Schedule

• ​12–1 PM: Lunch + Learn at Chimy’s

• ​1:15–2:15 PM: First stop

• ​2:30–3:30 PM: Second stop

• ​3:45–4:45 PM: Third stop

​Students will rotate through all three workplaces in assigned groups.

​Final details including the third stop and the speaker for our Lunch & Learn, will be shared with registered attendees before the event.
