​We spend a lot of time talking over coffee. This time, the coffee gets a little attention on the details too.

​Flank is bringing together senior legal leaders for a private speciality coffee tasting masterclass at H.R. Higgins, the family-run coffee specialist and Royal Warrant holder in Mayfair.

​Led by roasters David and Mr Tony, we’ll taste three coffees and explore what makes each one different: where it’s grown, how it’s roasted, and the flavours we tend to miss between meetings. A chance to put words to what we like beyond “that’s a good coffee”.

​What to expect

• ​An espresso martini on arrival, with or without alcohol.

• ​A guided tasting of three coffees, with the roasters sharing the stories behind each cup.

• ​A coffee tasting kit to take home and keep exploring.

​No panels. No pitches. Just time to taste and talk.
