Meet your guides

Shea Zéphir is a performing artist, dance educator, movement coach, and the founder of The Movement Haus, a dance education and wellness company. Trained for nearly 17 years at the Harlem School of the Arts in ballet, modern, jazz, hip-hop, and West African dance, she believes movement is a language every body can speak. Her classes blend mobility, musicality, and joyful expression to help people reconnect with their bodies, find release, and feel renewed. No dance experience needed.

Mirielle Ranade, LMHC, PMH-C, is a psychotherapist who aims to support adults and couples through challenging seasons of life. She holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from Northwestern University and practices with Be You Psychotherapy. When her father died nearly 15 years ago, grief changed the course of her life and her career, which began in corporate communications and public policy. mirielleranade.com

Adaeze Iloeje-Udeogalanya is the Founder of African Women in STEM, a global professional network and community that expands access to opportunities, resources, and strategic relationships to empower women in STEM to succeed and thrive.

A Leadership & Strategy Coach and TEDx Speaker,, Adaeze knows firsthand what it means to navigate uncertainty, question the path you're on, and find the courage to build something new.

After more than two decades in engineering consulting, operations, and executive leadership in the energy industry, where she led large-scale projects exceeding $500 million, Adaeze chose a different path, one rooted in her experiences, her values, and her desire to create meaningful change.

Her work reflects a belief that we all have the power to create something meaningful from our experiences, whether that's a business, a cause, a community, or a legacy.

Her TEDx talk has been viewed over 100,000 times, and her work has earned recognition as a 2026 Black Leaders Worldwide Women to Watch honoree, one of Black Impact Magazine's 100 Entrepreneurs to Know, and a Women Changing the World Global Awards winner.
