A Space to Pause is a monthly online ritual designed to help you slow down, reflect, and reset — so you're not carrying the same energy, stress, or patterns into the month ahead. A guided 90-minute space where coaching, embodied reflection, and somatic practice work together — allowing insight to move beyond the mind and into the body.
What we'll move through (90 mins)
Arrival & Grounding — settling into your body and the space
Embodied Reflection — guided journaling with the option to move the body (Discover · Release · Create)
Integration — Conscious Breathwork or Yoga Nidra, alternated each session
