Join Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) for Beyond the Break, an evening conversation and networking gathering bringing together the life sciences and tech startup ecosystem, alongside the Ocean Beach community.
Set just steps from the beach, this event features women who surf Ocean Beach—a powerful, historically male‑dominated break—and who also lead across industries where women remain underrepresented.
The Lineup is the evening’s conversation: a candid, surf‑inspired discussion among this group of Ocean Beach female surfers, exploring how they navigate risk, build confidence, and practice assertiveness in demanding environments.
This will feel more like a post‑surf debrief among friends than a traditional panel.
Evening Flow
6:30–7:00 PM – Arrive, grab a refreshment, and connect
7:00–7:45 PM – The Lineup (a candid conversation)
7:45–8:30 PM – Q&A, conversation, and hang time
