Introduction

Applications are now open for the Sustainability Creatives 4-Week Job Interviewing Program! We created this program because over the past 10 years, we interviewed over 120 sustainability professionals to join our creative teams at the biggest climate startups, non-profits, consulting firms, and universities in the world. Thousands of people apply to these roles, a handful get interviewed, and there’s not much insight or feedback for applicants about where they go wrong. We want to change that. Our team has seen firsthand what works well for people and where they fail. For creatives in climate, your interview is the key to unlocking the next stage of your career.

This is a live virtual program where students attend bi-weekly 2-hour sessions with their cohort. Each cohort has ~30 students and 2 full-time Instructors that are dedicated to coaching and guiding students.

Weekly Breakdown:

Week 1: Learn our interviewing framework for Sustainability Creatives: Pause, Heart, Mind, Ask.

Week 2: Dive into the psychology of interviewing and balancing power dynamics with your interviewer.

Week 3: Practice sharing your climate 'why' and your winding career journey through commonly asked interview questions.

Week 4: Practice, get feedback, and iterate on your interview question responses. Finally, learn the art of the follow-up.

📅 March 23 - April 13 2026; Meeting days subject to student availability. Students accepted on a rolling basis until March 20th.

💲120 for 16 hours of instruction
