​A small experiential workshop exploring closeness, self-connection, and the space in between.

​How much closeness feels good to me? Where does my own space begin? And how can both exist at the same time – me and you?

​In this workshop, we create a space to embody these questions rather than simply think about them.

​Explore and experience how closeness with others and connection with ourselves can coexist.

​The workshop draws on methods and insights from dance/movement therapy.

​The workshop will be offered by Claudia who is experienced in Dance/movement therapy.
