Galentine's Crunch & Brunch Event

​In collaboration with Emerald City Athletics (Columbia City location), join us as we celebrate self love, friendship, and wellness. We'll start off with a 10:00am Champions Workout class! The Champions Workout class combines resistance training and cardio to help you feel energized and empowered. After class, we'll head over to South Lake Union for a rooftop charcuterie and crafting celebration!

​The registration fee covers the post-workout snacks and craft activities. All event attendees will be eligible for a free 1-month gym membership at Emerald City Athletics as an exclusive Crunch & Brunch Galentine's gift!
