Panelists

Flip Pidot — has been a leader in the field of prediction markets for over 15 years, with significant focus on exchange architecture, product innovation and rules writing. He first joined PredictIt in 2014, where he currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer. Flip also sits on the board of the Coalition for Political Forecasting and founded the American Civics Exchange, Polyoptions, and TheSuper. Market, the first institutional-grade Prediction Market as a Service platform.

Dan M. Berkovitz — Vice Chairman for External and Regulatory Affairs at Millennium. Previously, Berkovitz served as General Counsel of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Commissioner of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and General Counsel of the CFTC. While serving as CFTC General Counsel, he played a significant role in the formulation and implementation of the Dodd-Frank Act, including the development and implementation of the special rule governing event contracts. He is also a Lecturer in Law at Columbia Law School, where he teaches derivatives regulation.

Moderator:

Gina Antoniello — is Academic Director and Clinical Assistant Professor at the Tisch Institute for Global Sport at New York University—a leader working at the edge of sport, culture, and social impact. She brings over a decade inside professional sports, leading marketing-communications, social responsibility, and player development for globally recognized organizations including the Golden State Warriors and the Brooklyn Nets.
