​We are excited to invite you to our first AGM on January 26–27. This gathering marks one year since our first close and gives us a chance to celebrate what we have built together, reflect on everything the last year has taught us, and look ahead to the future of Sidecut.

  • ​9:00–10:00 AM | Arrive, register, rentals/gear

  • ​10:00 AM–12:00 PM | Ski, snowboard, or tubing

    • ​NOTE: We are not doing indoor games, so either ski, snowboard, tube, just hang, or come for lunch

  • ​12:00–1:00 PM | Apres-ski lunch (buffet style)

  • ​1:00–1:30 PM | Welcome + State of Sidecut by Mike

  • ​1:30–3:00 PM | Founder + LP Fireside Chats

  • ​3:00–3:30 PM | Networking break

  • ​3:30–4:50 PM | Sidecut Founders Pitch Roast Live w/ Noah Obstfeld (yes, we are roasting our founders and me)

  • ​4:50–5:00 PM | Thank you + wrap

​Yes, we are roasting our founders. Not to bury the lede, but I am so excited to host the first ever AGM with Pitch Roast Live with Noah Obstfeld, where founders who are either actively raising or just wrapped a raise will pitch, and a panel of comedians + VCs (other than me) will judge and roast them.

​Noah is a legend in the NYC startup ecosystem, and I’m genuinely pumped that this will be the first AGM he’s ever done.

​Also, bonus: he's all promised they’re going to roast me too, so I’m fully expecting that to get snuck in at some point 😅
