About Event

Hey good people,

As summer leaves us, let's do one last activity on the water! Bartram's Garden offers free public row boating and kayaking for all ages. Spaces will be limited so please register as soon as possible. Equipment and instruction are provided. Read Bartram's Boating FAQ here: https://www.bartramsgarden.org/boating/

Please note:

We will do our best to begin boating at 11am so please make sure to arrive at the Bartram's Boathouse by 10:45am. If you arrive after boating begins, you may not get a response to text/calls. A reminder of timing will go out on September 25.
Boating is available to the public and is first-come, first-serve. Bartram's has several areas for parking nearby and is accessible by public transportation.
Bring comfortable shoes and clothes that you don't mind potentially getting wet.

Philly Good Outdoors is an inclusive space that invites outdoors enthusiasts from all backgrounds to participate. We do not allow any forms of hate or discrimination at our events. Each activity will end with an option to share food and drinks with other attendees. Beginners welcome!
