Build America, Buy America: Compliance & Waivers

​Commonly known as BABA, the Build America, Buy America Act requires use of domestically-produced materials in many federally-funded projects. This free training will be practical, not theoretical. This is designed for developers, contractors, and agency staff administering BABA and will cover compliance and the waiver process. We'll discuss common challenges, lessons learned in the field, and strategies that help project teams avoid costly surprises, reduce risk, and keep projects moving.
